El primer ministro británico, Boris Johnson, dio positivo por coronavirus y está procediendo a autoaislarse, pero seguirá liderando la respuesta de su gobierno a la pandemia.

"Durante las últimas 24 horas he desarrollado síntomas leves y di positivo por coronavirus", dijo Johnson a través de un video que colgó en las redes sociales.

"Ahora me estoy autoaislando, pero seguiré liderando la respuesta del gobierno a través de videoconferencia mientras combatimos este virus", añadió.

La Cámara de los Comunes

Un portavoz del gobierno dijo que Johnson, de 55 años, experimentó síntomas leves el jueves, un día después de asistir a una sesión de la Cámara de los Comunes.
